Uses of Roxithromycin tablets:

Roxithromycin tablet belongs to class of drugs known as Macrolide antibiotic .It is an antibiotic that is used to cure infections like acute pharyngitis (sore throat and discomfort when swallowing)

Tonsillitis, sinusitis, acute bronchitis (infection of the bronchi causing coughing), exacerbation of chronic bronchitis, pneumonia (lung infection characterized by fever, malaise, headache) skin and soft tissue infections, non-gonococcal urethritis, impetigo (bacterial infection causing sores on the skin). It will not treat viral infections like common cold, flu. If you use any antibiotic when it is not required can cause it to not work for future infections.
